With over 10 years of experience, Mr. Odish has outstanding academic as well as professional credentials. W.R. Lee Hawkins

With over ten years in residential lending, W.R. Lee Hawkins brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to American Financial Exchange. He was recognized by Broker Magazine as the 40th top mortgage producer in America in 2004, and has earned several awards from such lenders as New Century, Worldwide Financial, and Countrywide. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, Lee was vice president of marketing for Exide Technologies, where he was responsible for managing Jeff Burton’s NASCAR team, which won six Nextel Cup races. Jay McNeill

Financial Controller

After graduating from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a degree in finance, Jay spent eight years on Wall Street working for Citigroup in various capacities, most notably as an analyst on the money market trading desk. There he was responsible for forecasting Citibank’s global, trillion-dollar cash position, managing the Citibank Capital Markets Asset Trust’s $3 billion commercial paper program, and funding Citibank’s $1.5 billion foreign exchange and derivatives portfolio. He later spent six months on an overseas assignment in London, England as an assistant to Citigroup’s European Treasurer.
